IMPORTANT NOTES
*You must either have a [Main Event Pass] or a [General Entry Pass] to enter the event. Please reserve either pass before purchasing a side event ticket.
*You can only apply for 1 main event per day.
*By participating in the LCQ, a general admission ticket will be reserved for you to attend Bandai Card Fest throughout the weekend.
*There will be no refunds, except if a player wins an invite after purchasing a LCQ ticket.
*Due to the venue's capacity for everyone's safety, entry may be restricted at times so you may need to wait to enter.

*By participating in the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ), a general admission ticket will be reserved for you to attend Bandai Card Fest throughout the weekend.
*To redeem your Bandai Card Fest general entry pass, you must visit the registration area located in Hall B and obtain your event badge before leaving Hall B on Friday, Sept. 19.
*Please note: Any LCQ participant who exits Hall B without collecting their badge will forfeit their entry into Bandai Card Fest. (edited) LCQ Ticket Holders – Please Read Carefully Holding a ticket to the LCQ does not guarantee your Bandai Card Fest general admission badge.
*To claim your reserved badge, you must actively participate in the LCQ. If you do not participate, your reserved badge will be reassigned. No exceptions will be made.

Random Selection
Side Event Random Selection Process
1. Players who are checked in with an event in TCG+, or have picked up their General Entry badge, will receive a notification through TCG+.
2. This notification lets players register for Side Events. Participants are chosen using TCG+'s built-in random selection system.
3. If selected, players will reveive instructions via TCG+ on how to purchase a ticket (either on-site or online through Tixr) with a specific time window to complete their ticket purchase.
4. If a player does not act within the given time frame, they will be dropped from the event and their spot will given to the next person on the waitlist.
- No exceptions will be made if you are not within the time frame of your message deadline.
- You must have an entry badge to participate, if you do not have a badge and purchase a ticket you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you purchase a side event ticket via a link not directly sent to you via the Random Selection Process you will be removed from the event and ineligible for a refund.
How to participate in the event
The events will be run on “BANDAI TCG+”.
Also, when entering the venue attendees will need to check-in on “BANDAI TCG+”.

and apply for each event you wish to participate in.Before processing the advanced application,
please make sure to read the “Important Points to Note for All Events”.
