Side Events (Saturday & Sunday)
Random Selection Process
1. Periodically throughout the day on Saturday & Sunday, players who are checked in with an event in TCG+, or have picked up their General Entry badge, will receive a notification through TCG+.
2. This notification lets players register for Side Events. Participants are chosen using TCG+'s built-in random selection system.
3. If selected, players will reveive instructions via TCG+ on how to purchase a ticket (either on-site or online through Tixr) with a specific time window to complete their ticket purchase.
4. If a player does not act within the given time frame, they will be dropped from the event and their spot will given to the next person on the waitlist.
- No exceptions will be made if you are not within the time frame of your message deadline.
- You must have an entry badge to participate, if you do not have a badge and purchase a ticket you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you purchase a side event ticket via a link not directly sent to you via the Random Selection Process you will be removed from the event and ineligible for a refund.
